Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply whenever you order from arjo3dcreations.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
Arjo 3D Creations is a sole trader business operated by William Campbell, based in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. You can contact us at arjocreations@hotmail.com.
Our products
Everything we sell is 3D printed to order. Photos on the site show real examples of each item, but because these are printed individually, small variations in colour, shimmer/glitter effect, or exact shade are normal and not a fault.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and do not include VAT, as we are not VAT registered. Postage is a flat rate shown and added at checkout (free above a threshold shown on the site), or free if you choose to collect your order in person - either way, you'll always see the final total before you pay.
Payment is taken securely through SumUp at the point of ordering. We don't see or store your full card details - that's handled directly by SumUp.
Order acceptance
Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email from us. In the rare case we can't fulfil an order (for example, a material we've run out of), we'll contact you and refund you in full.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days of payment. We'll email you once your order has been marked as shipped.
Your right to cancel
This section works differently depending on what you've ordered:
- Standard items bought from the shop (the fixed designs listed on our price list): as these are stock designs rather than made specifically to your own individual requirements, you have the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, running from the day you receive your item. To cancel, email us within that time. Items must be returned unused and in a resaleable condition; you'll be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Custom commissions (anything ordered through our "Commission a custom piece" form, made to your own specific request - e.g. a particular name, colour combination or design change you asked for): because these are made to your own specification, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We'll always confirm the price and details with you before starting work.
Whichever you've ordered, your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or not-as-described goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply - see below. For the practical step-by-step on returning something or requesting a refund, see our Returns Policy.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at arjocreations@hotmail.com with a photo where possible. Depending on the issue, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liability
We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual property
The designs, photos and content on this site belong to Arjo 3D Creations and shouldn't be reproduced without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be handled in the Scottish courts. This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights.
