We do not collect or store your card details. Card payments are entered directly into a secure payment box provided by our payment processor, SumUp - your card number never passes through our website or servers.

If you use our "Commission a custom piece" form, we also see whatever you type in it (your name and the details of what you'd like made) at the point you copy it to send to us on Facebook or TikTok - that message itself is sent and stored by Facebook/TikTok, not by us, once you send it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for 6 years for accounting and legal purposes. If you get in touch with a question and it doesn't lead to an order, we'll keep that message only as long as needed to answer it.
